Up and Adam

Hi there! Up and Adam is a blog created and run by Victoria University students, in association with the Adam Art Gallery in Wellington. 

The Adam is the gallery for Victoria University and was purpose-built in 1999. As a result, the space is uniquely catered to providing an effective context for the University’s collection and other contemporary work. The Adam also has semi-regular openings and other events, and will be hosting a public seminar series from July-November (you can find out more at http://www.adamartgallery.org.nz/ or on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/AdamArtGallery).

Up and Adam aims similarly to engage in critical commentary on contemporary art, with a focus on Wellington city and the Adam. We’re always looking for new contributors at any level – if you’re interested in submitting you can email us at upandadamart@gmail.com
